Do you want to invest in your high performing physician leaders? This program accelerates exceptional performance for physician leaders who are either new to their leadership role or want to optimize their performance. I work with your leaders to understand your organization's goals and culture. A customized developmental plan is cocreated with the physician leader through a 360 assessment and a structured self-discovery process. Through a 6-month confidential 1:1 program, I work with the physician to build leadership skills, confidence, clarity and insights. This transformative experience of self-discovery and awareness leads to exceptional performance.

My background in healthcare leadership includes over 20 years in leadership roles including serving as the chief medical officer of large, complex integrated health systems. I have been a first-hand observer of how a great physician leader can get results and impact positive change in the culture of teams, departments and organizations.

With over 15 years of experience designing and delivering physician leadership workshops, I am also a master certified physician coach through the Physician Coaching Institute and faculty at University of Colorado School of Medicine physician leadership program. My passion is working with individuals and organizations to build exceptional physician leaders. ​​​​​
